  1. Buy a box of Bisquick biscuit mix and follow the directions for drop biscuits on the box.  My mom makes them all the time and they are delicious warm with butter, jelly or honey on them.

  2. just buy a box of bisquick and follow the recipe. you just add water roll out or just drop by tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. the secret to a great biscuit is not over kneading the dough. you can work it to death and they will be hard and tough.

  3. Any basic biscuit recipe can be turned into a drop biscuit by increasing the liquid (usually milk or buttermilk) by about 1/4 cup. Everything else stays the same. Here's a nice, basic recipe:

You can customize it by adding herbs and cheese for a savory biscuit, or add a touch of sugar and sprinkle a little sugar on top before baking for a sweet biscuit. It would make a nice biscuit for a shortcake base - just top with some (thawed) frozen sweetened strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.

  4. Red Lobster Biscuits- Cheese and Garlic Biscuits

2 ½ cups Bisquick or biscuit baking mix

    ¾ cup cold milk

4 tablespoons cold butter (1/2 stick)

    ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

1 ½  cups grated cheddar cheese

    Bush on Top:

    4 tablespoons butter, melted

    ½  teaspoon dried parsley flakes

    ¾  teaspoon garlic powder

    pinch salt

    Directions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

    2. Combine Bisquick with cold butter in a medium bowl using a pastry cutter or a large fork. You don't want to mix too thoroughly. There should be small chunks of butter in there that are about the size of peas. Add cheddar cheese, milk, and ¼ teaspoon garlic. Mix by hand until combined, but don't over mix.

    3. Drop approximately ¼-cup portions of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet using an ice cream scoop.

    4. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to turn light brown.

    5. When you take the biscuits out of the oven, melt 2 tablespoons butter is a small bowl in your microwave. Stir in ½ teaspoon garlic powder and the dried parsley flakes. Use a brush to spread this garlic butter over the tops of all the biscuits. Use up all of the butter. Makes one dozen biscuits.

  5. Go to Hardees and ask for their recipe
