  1. Kalamari on Chiswick High Street is apparently very good - don't know if that's TOO west for you though...

  2. THERE are some nice ones in that area.

  3. A Greek friend of mine recommended Konaki, 5 Coptic Street, London, WC1A 1NH (tube: Holborn) - he said it was really good food (so I trust him on that one) but too expensive compared to what he could get for the same price in Greece - but I guess you can say the same with every exotic food restaurants in London?!

  4. Only if you lived in the US. There's a great place in West Hartford, CT called Tapas. There food is reasonably priced and it tastes great.

  5. Elysse is the best just off Tottenham Court road. In between tottenham court road station and goodge street station, same side. dont remember the name of the street, but the food is excellent. Try it out!!!

  6. I went to one the other week, i can't remember the name of it !

Anyway the food was ok but the plates were smashing !

  7. London aye????? If I were you, id jump on a plane, head to Athens, buy your favourite exotic souvlaki and ouzo, and fly back in time for bed.

But we in Melbourne (Australia) just have to go next door, because ALL THE BEST GREEK CHEFS ARE HERE! Oh how I love immigration.
