Um, I think you should go simply because it is an Icon, a big, overrated, overpriced icon! (and you can buy yourself that T'shirt that says...I went to Hooters!)

well if you are asking this question i think you should go.

but there are girls with their butts popin out and so are their ta Ta's so if you want.

you should know they do that for the money. nothing else.

Well, the stereotype is that the ladies there that serve have big ta ta's and are hot.  Not that you won't find ones that aren't though.

the wings are ok.  the waitresses wear cheap short orange shorts.  you should go if you want to satisfy your curiosity.  me, i never really thought it was all that great.

Try the 3 mile Island hot wings, a cold beer of your choice maybe some fried pickles and in enjoy the view. There might even be some sports on their tubes.

Novelty is the only reason I can think of.  Food is just standard pub grub.   They never claimed to be a fine dining establishment.  So, if that is what you are looking for, look somewhere else.
