A Immigration man marry to US Citizen?

A man, who is self a immigration and married to US Citizen woman and then they have to go back to Mexico to get green card then came back to USA, is that true?

if the man is an undocumented immigrant he would be banned from the USA for ten years if he has been longer than one year in the USA . if he and his fiance or wife go to Mexico and apply from there it would not be different if there is any records of him being illegally in the USA ( tickets and anything the FBI can get their hands on which would prove he having been in the USA ) .

I personally disagree with such LONG ban and i think it is a bit ridiculous or very , i recommend anyone in this situation to contact their representatives so than they pass for once an comprehensible immigration reform as soon as possible . i also recommend to not make anything at all which involves the INS with out consulting an immigration lawyer ever . the lawyer would tell u all u need to do before u attempt anything and would save u from a bunch of headaches .

oops  sorry , if the man did enter legally into the USA then u are in a different position and would not even have to leave to apply , just make sure to get a good certified immigration lawyer before u do anything at all .

If he is illegal, then he may have to sneak back in. We are fighting for immigration reform, fewer work VISAS, stronger penalties for illegals, and stiffer penalties for employers that hire illegals. It is time to put a stop to this circus. No more automatic citizenship for babies born to illegals here, no more automatic citizenship for illegals that marry US citizens. I will fight this fight against liberal tactics and illegals as long as it takes.
