A Lovely Name for my lovely new horse??

hey, i am about to buy a 4 year old bay thoroughbred cross conemara mare. She is presently called Dusty, which doesn't suit her well-bred looks. Please can you help me think of a name which is classy as well as catchy, which sounds like it might suit her? Thank you! :) xo

  3. I think Emilie or Emmiline (Emmy for short) would be a lovely name for a mare, or maybe Miss something... You could call her Missy for short :3

  9. I also love the name Gypsie, If my child wouldnt of gotten bullied for it, I would of called her that (But i called her Isabelle)

    it sounds like an old, swaybacked pony-ride horse!

    yeah, i agree with gypsy. i also like charm and prancer, there were two horses at my stable by those names. both gorgeous and elegant.

  20. Since the breed is Irish, an Irish name would be good. I like Aislinn, which means , a vision or dream. My favorite is Morrigan (Morrighan) which means a great queen. Maeve is another good one. I think a Gaelic horse needs a Gaelic name. Lilah is good also.I love the breed! Good luck.
