Hey I got the sentence for you. I couldn't figure out what the scrambled letters stand for though. Here's the sentence:

You can buy food or toys for your Neopet, collect rare items, magical potions, collectable cards, and even buy clothes!

Letters: C D L A A B R S E

I hope you can figure it out. I'm been searching Neopets for a hint at what it spells.
