A Pasadena, Tx cop ticketed me for rolling through a red light. I proceeded right on red after stop. Help

I have 3 wittensses for my case. They were in the car with me. Should I go to court and ask for trial by jury? Can I win? Should I represent myself? I need advice.

You should try. Since it is a moving violation you may get points and insurance issues. Try and go to court to make a plea deal. YOur witnesses will probably not help since the assumption is that the cop has no reason to lie, and they do. Remember, a rolling stop is not a stop.

I doubt if you'll have any luck by fighting it.  One thing that will benefit you however is, if you go to court, the judge can sign you up for traffic school.  This will save you points on your license and the insurance company will not be notified of the offense.
