  1. A mans mother and father-in-law are not related.

  2. There's not a special name for it. In your example the mother would be the mother-in-law of the father's son.

  3. Legally there is no relationship.  The lady in question would introduce the man in question like this.  "Suzy Sunshine, (to her friend) this is my daughter-in-law (her first name's) father, Mr. Maiden Name".  Always referring to him by his relationship to your wife.  If the parties are very friendly and have known each other for some time then she could say, "Suzy, meet Jack, he is (DIL's) father."

  4. No relation.

  5. My daughter's mother and father in law are not related to me or her dad. So to the answer to your question no relation. Unless we call them the "outlaws" hahah just kidding.

  6. i am confused

  7. They are their children's mother and father-in-law.  My mother-in-law (MIL) is technically not related to my mother (Mom).  MIL refers to Mom as "our daughter in law's mother" or "our son's mother in law" or even "our grandsons' other grandmother."

    Does this help?

  8. Hopefully friends but other than that nothing.
