Question:

A Poem I Just Wrote... Crime.

Committing a crime is never fun,

and that wasn't intended as a pun.

Crime is a serious thing,

never ever take it in vain.

It fills your soul with greed and hate,

and washes away all things great.

Ask forgiveness from whom you may,

and never ever let this dismay.

How was it? Did it make sense?

  1. looks like a 10 year old wrote that

its not bad but its not good either

  2. Childish.

  3. Nice! It was pretty good and it did make sence!

  4. It did but the second couplet you'd have to mispronounce thing as than for it to rhyme but you space the rhyme out like put a line in that doesn't rhyme until the next two lines down

    like this

Committing a crime has never crossed my mind

It may have to do with how I was raised

But maybe it's because i'd never find the time

But mostly it's because of what people would say

kind of like that but great poem I personally don't like to space into stanzas and like four lines if i do but different people do different things and this works for you
