  1. Hunny BIG HUG!!!!  I know what you mean, although I didn't cry at EVERYTHING.  I have been preggers twice and this last time I was all over the place with my emotions.  It is totally normal, you will get through this and it will get better!  I would cry at commercials over the dumbest thing, but b/c I was preggers nothing I cried at seemed dumb.

Are you suppressing emotions about your upcoming birth?  Is there something you fear about birth or becoming a mom or breastfeeding? Or is it more of the happy things you see that make you cry?

  2. people in public will understand. remember, you aren't the only one that is or has been pregnant... it is totally normal. you will be having that baby before you know it and hopefully your hormones get back to normal sooner than later... though, it will take a while, but don't cry about that... i know it sucks. ha ha! just being honest. anyway... hormones can be cruel sometimes.

  3. Maybe when you feel you are about to cry you should just sit down and breathe. Calm yourself down. Sometimes I get the same way. I just close my eyes, breathe slowly and mentally calm myself down. Try it out, see if it works for you. Otherwise I say, make sure you have a box of Kleenex and if someone gives you a dirty look, tell them to F-off lol.

Take it easy sweetie, you are almost to the end.

  4. It is totally fine to cry. Your hormones are out of wack especially when your so close to giving birth. Their trying to normalize. Don't worry about it, once you have your child you will be back to normal. Don't let anyone make you feel bad because you cry. I do the same thing!!

  5. Just cry, dont be embarrassed, you cant help it and most people understand that! And the ones who dont, then who cares! I dont know how many times I broke down in public, I just ignored the looks, yo seriously cant help it so dont worry about it! Wait till you have your baby, it gets worse for about a month.... my fiance took me on a shopping spree after I had my son (bad idea) as soon as I tried some clothes on I stormed out of the store crying... it happens, dont worry about it!

  6. well unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it. That's how I was at the beginning of my pregnancy I would ball for every little thing. My husband would just look at me and within seconds I would start to cry. I am now 36 weeks and it has stopped, but for some reason yesterday was HORRIBLE i was on the verge of tears all day and when my husband came home and said hi i started crying. So really its just a part of being pregnant, just one of those things everyone deals with. Sorry.

  7. It is your hormones, And it could last a little while longer. Everyone is different.

  8. YOU'RE JUST VERY EMOTIONAL AT THE MOMENT. TRY THINKING OF HAPPY TIMES.

    I HOPE THIS HELPS!!

  9. I know its crazy but its understandable you're pregnant  and it does get frustrating but its hard to control i had the same thing its just your hormones are going crazy and we get so sentimental its hard to control maybe thinking of happy thoughts and maybe if you feel like crying go to the restroom so no one can see you lol i use to do it then i would just powder my face put eyeliner and then go back out hope it helps and congrats!!!!!!!!

  10. You sound like me. I'm a little over 30 weeks with a little girl who is dating a week a head of schedule. I've been extremely hormonal lately. I woke up in a good mood last Sunday and an hour later I was crying so heavily that I got physically sick; and for no reason at all! Then we had to meet my mother in law, her mom, and my brother in law for lunch. They could clearly tell I had been crying and upset; and when they commented on my weight and the fact that I had swelling going on, I got extremely offended even though I know they meant nothing.

I don't think there is a way to control yourself. For me crying just comes out of nowhere. People generally understand that you are pregnant and probably clearly showing by now, so I wouldn't be too concerned about it.

I would also explain to your boyfriend that you don't mean to get upset and it's just hormones. I get mad at my husband for no apparent reason lately too, and when I explain it's not really him, he totally understands!

Just keep in mind also that you are 31 weeks with only 9 more to go (or less)! :-) Hang in there!
