Question

What are the chances of getting pregnant if you had the Implanon Implant AND used condoms, which didnt slip off or break?

Ive been ill this week and both my girlfriends said the same thing when i told them separatley what was wrong when they asked why i had been off work (the spotting period, feeling really really sick since sat night, it feels all sick n heavy in my stomach but not actually been sick, and a really bad headache)

Any other ideas what it could be?

Implanon is one of the best forms of contraception and if you used a condom aswell, you would have to be very very unlucky to get pregnant.  I can't imagine that you would be at all.

You probably just have a virus or something.  I doubt it has naything to do with the implant.

It's very unlikely that you are pregnant. The spotting can be a symptom of the implant and it might just be a coincidence that you maybe have a bug or a touch of food poisoning at the same time.

Get a pregnancy test to give yourself piece of mind, and if you are still feelin sick in a couple more days visit the doctor. Good Luck

The implant alone has a fail rate of fewer than 0.1 in 100 over 3 years. This is effectively as near to zero as you can get with contraception!

The implant can make you feel ill. You're not pregnant.

If the condom did not split and you have an implant its literally 0 chance of you getting pregnant you could just be due a period or stressed x

If shes been on it for a while and these sympons just started see a doc.... or its probably some kind of infection...

Using the implant and condoms its very unlikely shes pregnant
