  1. I'm a democrat voting for McCain in the next election.  I think you know the answer and it'd be embarrassing to answer whether youre for or against McCain.  Bush was obviously the worst president the country has ever had.  The republicans couldn't afford to have him there this year and the hurricane gave them a great opportunity to avoid him in person.  Now...why would I vote for a republican this time around for the first time in my 25 years of voting staunch democrat?  Because our future and our country matters.  I've lost my job, company and what I knew as my families future and holdings to a loser but this election politics as usual have changed and I will give a chance to who I deem as honest, forthright and nonpartisan in the election that matters as much as the end of WW2.

Yes...it surprises and amazes me that I will vote for a republican but he can cross party lines and answer questions without others in the room about his next decision in such a crucial time.  That can't be said about Obama unless he is given assistance, yet I can't help but admire the man.

May the best Man win....Our future depends on it.
