IS there a format in this DSLR which allows me to take consecutive pictures without having to press the button? As in the camera would kinda go 'flash, flash, flash, flash' ... And take lots of pictures one after the other without me having to take them? Like a multiple timer kind of option?

  1. Yes...continuous at 3 frames per second. I don't about the "flash flash flash flash" thingie, because I don't know how fast the flash cycles.

  2. Without pressing the button?

    You mean, remotely?

When will you know - or rather, when do you want the camera to fire.

  3. Yes there is, and almost every other slr on the market now will have one as well. As far as the flash, it depends on how long the flash takes to recharge. My Olympus e-510 takes about 1.5-2 sec. to recharge, and considering the Canon is in about the same class of camera, I would expect about the same. If you have any questions about a camera, it is usually a good idea to drop by dpreview.com or cameralabs.com and read their reviews. They cover just about every feature on the camera and really help when it comes to deciding a camera.
