A Question About Radio Advertising???

What is the procedure for placing an advert in the radio??? Must I contact the radio station directly or do I contact an advertising consultancy that deals in radio advertising???

  1. just ring the radio station. they will sort it out for you.


  2. If you have your advert ready, contact the station directly.  They'll screen it and decide if it's appropriate and / or professional enough.

Its a double edged sword really. but here you go. contact the radio station and see what they have to offer you as far as ( how many commercials you get with the budget you have, what are your time slots, whos gonna make it . is it going to be one of there D.Js or are you going to do it yourself? and things of that nature. most if not all of the stations dont give a d**n bout you,  just your money. cause to them you just a drop in the bucket. but if you deal with a advertizing agency SOMETIMES they can get you a better deal but you do have to pay that fee. call to set up a meeting and speak with the program director/ another thing if you use their d.j's dont let them push you around. do the commercial they YOU want to do it.
