A Question For Females?

Ok I'm 5'7 and am eating 1200 cal daily for fat loss. Despite getting alot of protein, and balance, I'm starving. Can 2 lbs be lost every week if I upped it to 1500 cal a day instead, or should I just hope my body stops being hungry one of these days.

Actually, I heard that eating fewer calories, but more complex carbohydrates, can actually give you a lot more energy than you would expect, and lose weight.  Don't eat a whole lot of protein, unless you plan to workout, because that will turn into fat.  So you could go with the 1500, but don't eat too much protein, because then you'll just be defeating your purpose.

  3. umm. well this is in the wrong section. and to lose weight eat 2000 calories a day, and exercise. you shouldnt starve yourself.

  4. eat nutrisytem. they fill u up nd are low on calories. and just do ur normal exercizes

  5. Why are you asking females this? Don't you realize how many overweight males there are? If you are hungry, eat. Proper nutrition doesn't have a calorie count. Give off your butt and exercise if you want to lose weight because just dieting won't do it.
