A Question For Pampers Users?

Has anyone else noticed that Pampers Baby Dry have a weird smell to them now? They used to smell like baby powder, and I recently bought 2 cases of the Size 3 diapers, and they smell like chemicals...

Has anyone else had this experience lately?

I use the swaddlers and they still smell like baby powder!

mine still smells like baby powder .may be you should take t back even if it is open and let them smell it .

we have always used swaddlers and they have a very light babypowder smell....

We haven't. Ours still smell like baby powder. Maybe it just depends on where you bought them and how or how long they were stored before going on the shelf.

no they still smell the same as they always have. i last bought them about 3 weeks ago.

Pampers Baby Dry do smell like chemicals - they are a night time diaper and have extra gelling agents that make them smell like chemicals.  Pampers Swaddlers do not hold as much wet and are for day time - they smell like baby powder.

EDIT:  Saw your comment - we have used Baby Dry for nighttime for the past 3 months - every box has smelled like chemicals and every box of Swaddlers always smelled like baby powder.  Maybe they have reformulated since your last child?

I can only assume that you gave me the thumbs down for my answer due to your edit - how can you thumbs down what I said I "smell"?  You asked if I had that experience and I did - why does that warrant a thumbs down, not that up or down on an answer matter, it's just annoying.  If it wasn't you then sorry for the rant... :-)
