Hey, pal, your growing will go on for awhile yet.  Nothing 'stops' at age 18 or 21.  Puberty continues often through the mid-twenties.  Some even longer.  Usually, by age 20, the p***s has reached its length and girth but it is not unusual, in later years, to gain an extra inch.
