A Question about Spore?

Ok, i read the system requirements for mac's and it said

"Also, it should be noted that Spore will NOT run on PowerPC machines / PowerMac (G3/G4/G5)."

Ok, does that mean that my iMac (http://www.apple.com/imac/) wont work?

It's hard to say exactly. But if Spore Creature Creator works on your Mac then maybe there might be a chance that the actual retail game of Spore will work.
