A Question about an original letter from the U.S. Embassy.?

We have found a Polish letter from the U.S. Embassy dating Dec. 23, 1959. I was wondering how much this was worth. Thank You.

Unless it has some sort of particular historical value, say the US turned down John Paul II for a religious worker visa back when he was still a priest, the letter is unlikely to have any intrinsic value at all.
