  1. the fries

  2. Probably the chips.

  3. Doritos " chilli heatwave "

  4. a serving size of the chips is better than the fries

  5. probably the potato chips but neither is healthier than the other just one may have less oil/fat/grease and i'd say the chips

  8. you continue go to McDonald's and very soon yahoo will remove you name out. this is the worst food possible you can have save you money and try some dog food better is moor economical

  9. Well let's see...

One personal size bag of Lays Wavy Original chips is:

    150 calories

    10g Fat

    180mg Sodium

A Medium size fry from McDonalds is:

    380 calories

    20g Fat

    220mg Sodium

Looks like the fries are worse!

  10. lays potato chips because they arnt as greasy and not frozen.

  11. it really depends on the oil that is used to fry the fries or chips

  12. Probably the chips...due to the french fries might be soak more in grease and the grease might be mixed with something not supposed to be there...like fish!

  13. chips

  14. i would go with the potato chips

  15. My bet is on Lay's. I think they'd have less salt, oil and saturated fat than the french fries (which are drowning in oil and salt). Although wavy potato chips contain more of the 'bad stuff' because of the surface area, they are more consistent with their ingredients, whereas the McDonald's french fries vary depending on who has made them and how - sometimes there is just waaaay too much salt on them.

The simplest solution is to check the nutritional information tab on the potato chips against that on the french fries box (I don't know if you have that, but we do here in Australia - if not, just ask an employee and they should have a little booklet with the nutritional info)

  16. the potato chips for sure.

  17. Chips - fries are DRENCHED in oil, yuck

  18. If you're talking about equal amounts, it would be the potato chips.

  19. yes, your correct nether one are good for you, but the lay's potato chips are cut from real potatoes.  Even tho they are quick fried, and oven dried and salted, they are still real potatoes.

The fries are not actually fries cut from whole potatoes, but rather mashed potatoes with lots of extra junk mixed in.

  20. The fries is better

  21. I'm Guessing Lays Because Lots Of People Say

"Mcdonolds is Way to much Fat"

  22. I would probably have to say the chips are healthier but i would eat neither in order to keep a healthy weight

  23. I dunno...but I'd take both lol. Maybe the fries?

  24. The french fries I think- Because both of them are both fried but your getting more potato out of the fry!

  25. Hit me with the fries!

  26. well naturally it depends on the serving size. if you eat them in portions and not to often then you'll be fine, and not have to worry about eating either one.

  27. Wavy lays - 11 chips = 1 serving size 150 calories, 90 calories from fat that is one once of chips

McDonalds fries - 2.6 ounces is 250 calories, 120 calories from fat..

Making it equivalent for you - wavy lays would have 375  calories and 225 calories from fat....so that means McDonalds is the better choice......

  28. lays potato chips for sure! and they taste better to!

  29. wavy lays

  30. the chips all mc Donald's food is not only disgusting but very unhealthy.
