Question:

A Report on City Busing?

I am doing a report on city busing systems. Have any of the busing authorities in your city done something extreme to its base fare? I realize that there are plenty of discounts everywhere for the elderly and so on, however, I am talking only about the base fare. Most places I have been have a base fare around a dollar and a quarter. Does anyone know of anywhere where it is 75 cents or less?
