A.S Roma Sporting Director Walter Sabatini can sell Mirko Vucinic in three minutes: Serie A news
A.S Roma Sporting Director, Walter Sabatini, has insisted that it will take him only three minutes to sell unsettled striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mirko-Vucinic-c26024.
Vucinic’s transfer has been the subject of huge speculation from the media for the past few days. Reports claimed that English Champions, Manchester United were interested in signing him but then it emerged that Tottenham Hotspur
are closing in on 15-million-pounds deal.
Now, Italian giants, Juventus, are believed to be entering in the race to sign the former Lecce star after failing in their attempts to sign Villarreal striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Giuseppe-Rossi-c15027. The Montenegrin is unsettled at the Stadio Olimpico
Rome and wants out of the club this summer. After failing to convince him to stay at the club, Sabatini has now resigned to lose the striker.
The Roma chief admitted that he has several offers for the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Montenegro-c2959 star and it will take only three minutes to sell him. He insisted that it took him the same time to finalize a deal for midfielder, Jeremy
Menez, to Paris Saint Germain.
Talking to the reporters Sabatini said, “I need just three minutes to reach an agreement. That’s how long it took me to find a deal with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jeremy-Menez-c18345 to Paris SG. I’m a practical man and you don’t need
to do that much talking to sell a player. Vucinic has clearly asked us to leave and we will satisfy his request.”
Roma have valued their star man at approximately 17-million-Euros and reports suggest that only Harry Redknapp’s Spurs have met that figure. Manchester United have reportedly offered a sum close to 12-million-pounds but Tottenham’s
offer looks more attractive.
Despite their reluctance to sell Vucinic in the past few weeks, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Francesco-Totti-c13940 at their disposal, so they would
let him go if a right offer comes their way.
The Giallorossi will try to sort out a deal before the 2011/12 Serie A season starts on August 28th, 2011.
