if you were a student or employee in Houston who is coming from another country, where would be the best area to live in??

  1. We have all kinds of international areas.  What nationality are you and what part of town will you be working in?  That makes a big difference.  Houston is very spread out.

  3. First this is a dangerous world. Violence and crime can happen anywhere, anytime.

    Apartments, any, will rent to anyone over time. These aren't going to be the safest since you have virtually no control over your neighbors.

    You might want to consider a condo for lease, contact a real estate agent.

    Leasing a house. I'd look at Fairfield in the NW, Cinco Ranch W, The Woodlands in the N.

    Another option would be a high rise apartment.

    Plan on a long drive to and from work. If you can get close to where you work you will appreciate Houston more.

  4. I'd avoid Houston. Armpit of TX.

  5. Anything along the Westheimer corridor from 610 to the Beltway. I work that area as a real estate agent.
