  1. It's about a woman (she's an older southern bell) Named Blanche DuBois, comes out all of a sudden to visit her younger sister, Stella Kowalski, and her rage husband, a Stanley Kowalski, a rising member of the industrial, urban immigrant class in New Orleans. Blanche walks around as unrealistic older woman still thinking she's still young and can still can get younger men.

Mostly throughout the story, Blanche secrets come out on why she came to her sister. Without a story on her past and what happened to her husband and previous career. Stanley mainly is the one bothered by this, so since Blanche and Stanley have two totally different views on their personality they don't get on. What adds more to the story is Stanley is physically and emotional abusive towards Stella.

That's all I'm going to tell you, other than that it is an awesome playwright by Tennessee Williams.

I hope you read it or watch the movie with Marlon Brando,Vivien Leigh and Kim Hunter
