1. Hey Y'all. People have been bashing McHale for bad decisions. But I don't think he's any worse than Chris Wallace from the Griz. Would you agree?

2. Now Wolves pick up Kevin Love. Will he start along side Al Jefferson?

3. Should Mike Miller start at SG or SF? If he starts at SG than who should be the starting SF (Ryan Gomes)? And vice versa?

4. Do you think Randy Foye may develop good enough court vision to become a star PG?

  1. Kevin Love, Al Jefferson, Ryan Gomes in the front court.  Randy Foye and Mike Miller in the backcourt.  Everyone else on the bench.

  2. He has not yet made a bad decision because you must give the benefit of the doubt ... got to see what happens.

I don't think he will start alongside Al Jefferson because you have guys in the power forward like Ryan Gomes, Craig Smith, newly acquired Jason Collins and even Corey Brewer can move to that spot because of his athletic 6'9 but Kevin Love can be either a backup to Al with his 6-10 frame or backup to one of those power forwards. It's just to early to just put him on the starting job, maybe if he works hard and proves to be what he is maybe he'll get the starting job.

He will defenitely start the SG for his great shooting skills and experience, McCants could be hes backup or Corey Brewer.

Randy Foye is a great player but lacks court vision like you say, but if he does he could be an elite PG in the future.

  3. 1. I was a big K McFail basher, but he honestly has gained some credit for the team we have currently. The Griz, whew, at least they have Mayo.

    2. I don't think Love will start right away. I really was against the trade, because LOVE and AL are like the same type of players. But also both small for the C. Love will come off bench as PF and Al will continue to play C as starter.

    3. I think that MN will play small ofter, so MM will probably start at SF. (PG- Foye, SG- McCants, SF- Miller, PF- Gomes & C- Jefferson) But very often will the lineups be changed. Because if & when Brewer gets his shot, he'll startat SF, move MM to SG and McCants back to 6th.

    4. I really like Foye, still wish we would have kept Roy though! But honestly, he has a great feel and if we can grow as a team offensivly, I think it will make Foye a great PG one day. Also, Telfair is going to help randy's PPG average when they go smaller and put him at SG.

  4. here is what will be the starting 5

    5. Al Jefferson

    4. KEvin Love

    3. Ryan Gomes or Corey brewer depending on his developement

    2. Mike Miller(is ridiculously under rated)

    1. Randy Foye

6th man: McCants(just like he was last year)

McHale has done a pretty good job actually to pick up young talent so far.

  5. Foye, McCants, Gomes, Love, Jefferson as the starters. Miller is good, but Gomes isn't a very good defender, Love won't be and Jefferson isn't either. You can't play Miller with all three of those guys at the same time because you'd give up more points than you could possibly score. Miller would be good to have on the floor with Brewer, or in place of Gomes. But the defense would be atrocious with Miller, Gomes, Love and Jefferson on the floor at the same time.

Foye will be good, but not great. It will probably always be a good idea to have another good passer on the floor with him (this is where Love comes in).

The biggest question facing the Wolves now is how will they stop the other team from scoring? They have so few quality defenders.
