I like it better with a K.  The only people I know named camille  are Prince Charles wife, and Bill Cosby's wife.  I remember an old stand up with him saying "This is my wife CaMEEEEL. He made the last syllable like 3 syllables long.

I've heard of people with that name but I've never met anyone with it. I think the name is more common spelt with a C.
