A-Trend Motherboards, any opinions?

Question

I'm looking at building a system with an A-Trend ATC-5220 board, AMD K6-2 350Mhz and PC-100 ram.  Does anyone have any experience with A-Trend boards?  A friend of mine tried that in a 5200 board, the AT version of the 5220 ATX board and said he had problems with stability.
