Okay, I am a senior in high school, a military child, and I'm having trouble finding and getting info about foreign schools. I am now learning Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese. I would love and i want to continue learning these languages. I used to live in Japan so I'm already pretty good in Japanese. I'm also good in Spanish. I really want to go to another country to really be able to further my language skills.

I want to eventually be a translator, and deal with international affairs. These languages would no doubt help me in many careers. So any advice or helpful sites....(scholarships)? Anything will help! Thank You!

  1. I found this link for students wanting to study in a foreign country, and who are interested in foreign cultures

    http://www.rotary.org/en/StudentsAndYout...

It might be worth giving a shot!

    Good luck

  2. Do you want to attend a Spanish or Japanese university or would you like to attend an American university located in these countries where your classes would still be in English? Both options have pros and cons. If you want to attend a university in Spain, contact universities in your preferred locations and inquire about admissions policies for American students. They will provide you with the admissions requirements, which will no doubt include Spanish proficiency tests. If Spain is not your preferred destination, there are many great universities in other Spanish-speaking countries such as Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador (contact Universidad San Francisco de Quito), Argentina, Chile, etc. The same procedure applies to these universities. Some universities websites even include an area for international students where you can gather more information.

If you would like to attend an American college or university in Spain or any Latin American country, then contact me and I will provide you with a list.

    Good luck!

  3. Try going to Sweden which is free education and they have lot of scholarships for foreign nationals..,

try liu.se or search for other universities in Sweden..
