A Unique Name For This Character?

Question

I'm a writer and I can't seem to think of a name for a character I'm working on. I've just started to develop her so I don't know *everything* about her yet, but here's what I have so far:

She's 15/16 years old, around 5' 5" with short, spiky, white-blonde hair and dark brown eyes. She is quirky, with a dry sense of humor, and is a bit mischievous, finding it hard to sit still for very long. She cares very little about what people think of her and marches to the beat of her own drummer. She likes anything that others might consider 'weird', and has a suprising amount of opinions for someone so laid-back.

So, any suggestions? I have a few names in mind, but I'd like to hear what others picture for her. Something unique and just as quirky as she is, if you wouldn't mind.

What about Andy? It's not extremely feminine yet is short for Andrea. Or Kiera, my ex-roommate's mother was named that but it took me forever to get the pronunciation right (Care-a).
