Hello, 5am my dog was stung by a wasp, thats what vets have told us it most proberly come from, or a plant.

Her face is very swallen, she can now open her eyes a little, and is still her self.

We have tablets for her also, from vets.

Wondering if there is anything else that would help with the swell?

thanks

  1. There's not really a lot you can do, the vet will have taken out the wasp sting and cleaned the area.

You can try applying a cold compress to the bite to help reduce the irritation and swelling.

Although you've already done the best thing you can for her by taking her to the vet.

    Hope she's feeling better soon.

  2. idk but thats sucks..it seems like your taken care of cause they ave him pills ..but look i up on like google

  3. ask you vet if you are concerned.my dog got stung by a wasp.and he was fine.just call the vet.

  4. Twizzler once knocked down a bird feeder with a wasp's nest, she got stung once above her eye, I just left it there, and it healed two days after. You could try that if there's like only one sting then that would be okey.

Then, if there's more then two, it could be actually very dangerous. I suggest that with most of these questions, you get on the phone with your vet.

  5. Why don't you call and ask your vet? You were there with them and could have asked easily what in addition to the meds they gave you what you could do.

Pick up the phone , call and ask. its free.

  6. LOTS OF REST AND MAYBE PUT SOME ICE ON IT THAT WILL MAKE THE SWELLING GO DOWN A LOT
