Can people I've chosen to ignore still actually view my daily ramblings on my blog?

no they cant because once youve blocked them there is no way they can see anyting to do with you

Yes I am afraid they can ... what you can do to keep them out of your site is this.. go to the Settings option at the toolbar on the top of any of your 360 pages and place your settings to Friends Only... this will ensure that anyone NOT on your friend list will be unable to see your blog or comment on it.

I think you can block them, but no matter....even if they can....don't worry about it....best to just ignore em and eventually they'll bug someone else.!

What you may find is they have another account and will use that account to view  your ramblings if its open.
