  1. Once installed and the stem cell is 'incorporated' ---the baby is functional and as such is a living being...the bits that make up a human are just that...bits. That stem cell is no more than the kidney removed and  tossed in the trash...(unless you worship such stuff--- ok)


  2. A human cannot perform necessary life tasks without an intact brain so therefore, despite best efforts, the baby would be stillborn.
