A back workout??????

Im 5'4 140lbs hourglass figure 36DD & big booty (which I love) the only thing bothering me is my back, I can pinch 2 much fat & it looks 2 wide I think. I do the row machine & pull downs at the gym I feel a lil sore but it works out my arms more than my back it seems. Im concidering lipo now because this area is driving me nuts, any suggestions? Im thinking a body like Vida Guerra or Janet Jackson.

  2. When you say back, or you talk'n about love handles? What ever you do, don't go near a Lat Machine, it will only make your back broader. Only two ways to get rid of love handles: Lipo and good ole diet and aerobics. You may need to send me a pic so I can see what you're talk'n about.

  3. i dunno you could do cruches the right way to get good posture..

  4. to burn fat, you have to do aerobic exercises, like running or swimming. If you want to tone/ build muscle, work on at lat pulldown machine. Ask a staff member at your gym about lat pulldowns, chances are they have a machine. This machine strengthens the muscles around your shoulder blades.
