  1. you can use the uncertainty principle

    ( 20.1-20.0 )*1 = dp = 0.1 kg. m/s so

    dx*dp >/= h/(4*pi) where h is planck's constant :

    dx >/= h/(4*dp*pi)

    using h ~= 6 .6 * 10 ^( -34) j . s and pi = 3.14

    dx >= 5.2  * 10^( -34) m .
