A belly dance song....?

Question

I have an idea for a belly dance routine in my head that kind of acts out fire. It would start as a flickering flame, and grow until it was an out of control inferno. I need a song that would match a belly dance along this theme- maybe something that sounds 'flickery' like fire, or starts slow and soft but gains tempo until it becomes fast-paced. Any ideas?

A good gradually faster song is Shashkin by Omar Faruk Tekibilek on the Tribal Beats for the Urban Streets cd. for fire its nice because of the beginning how it slowly speeds up then it stays around the same and the end would be a great like blow out the flames thing. it's about 5 min and 11 seconds long but if thats too long for you you can always edit and cut the middle part. Hope you like it!

There are lots of possibilities. It depends upon what type of music you're looking for... classic/traditional, contemporary/in traditional style, or contemporary/current. Are you looking for something Turkish, Greek, Egyptian, Lebanese...??

i think that it should start out slow just like a romantic song and then get it to start acting like a fire would act and then end it just like the beginning of the song. i hope this is the type of idea that you are looking for And i hope that it really does help you out a hole lot. if you need and real help just ask me i will try and help the best i can with the answer.
