My friend has been my friend for 15 years, and ending my friendship is not an option. I pay him to take care of my lawn. I just extended my driveway, and I saved the grass that I removed- so I could patch a few dead spots in front of my house.
He came by and took all the grass without asking me. I really care about my front lawn. I said to him "tell me my gardener didn't just take my grass, walk past the dead spots where it should be, and bring my grass to someone else's house." He said it's on the side of my house, but he was lying. I haven't approached him about his lying yet.
I've never known him to be a liar, but he jokes around too much sometimes.
