i was given a tank for bruce my betta. it comes with a motor think that makes bubbles. should i keep it on all day and night?

The &quot;motor&quot; is a filter they make oxygen and clean the water. Yes your suppose to leave it on day and night.

Yes you can keep it on all the time.  It will add to the oxygen absorbed in the water by agitating the water at the surface.  Very little oxygen will be absorbed as the bubbles rise.
