USSR Reformation: Russia and some former Eastern bloc nations have a security agreement called the Eastern European League

EU, USA, and China remain intact

Global regulation of world trade.

African Confederation of Nations formed

Thus, a balance of power in all forms starts to be seen for once. No more world domination by the United States or China.

I would said a different world because there are news aspects to be considered such the energetic and food crisis.

Today: Washington airacraft and others USA naval forces were sent to the Atlantic Ocean to asegurate Venezuela's oil, control Chavez and try to separte Bolivia in three little countries. Tomorrow a Bretain oil company start to explote oil in waters that belong to Argentina. At the same time Venezuela is buying ships from Russia. Those facts are based on:

-First ,the industrialized countries are depending on the oil of the third countries. In consequence, they develped countries are finding reasons to invade countries that have cheap- easy to obtain- gas and oil.

-Second, there is not only an energetic crisis, there is also a food crisis, in part as consequence of the present oil 's prices.

-Third, China's government need to improve the live style of their people, if not popular reactions are going to happen.

- At the same time, global warming is accelerating both crisis.

THESE CRISIS CAN BE RESOLVED WITH COOPERATION. But, it does going to happen?

The old Gran Britain is not more a big actor in this new scenario. China, India and Russia are becoming powerful new actors, while USA and Israel has powerful armament and their governments are using them and also are ready to use more to try to maintain their really week position.

Energy and food are necessary to satisfy basic human needs and there are governments with powerful armament to obtain them without to paid for them.

It looks like that people who believe in peace, like me and you, are going to die frustrated

I read a report which says that there are 247 "wars" going on and out of which almost 148 are influenced  directly or indeirectly by USA.  

The best business is export of Arms and ammunitions.

A country which has better Spy sattellites has an edge over others.

Israel will rmeain as the world leader because they have the technology.

The world would be a better place if each person just decided to treat others with kindness and respect, and did their own small part to enhance the world around them.

That will never happen as there are too many selfish evil people in the world.
