I have a 1991 Ford Bronco and Im in the middle of fixing it up for the winter. The only thing that is wrong with it and it runs fine and the transmission runs fine but when I accelerate and give it a bit of gas when its in a higher gear it begins to vibrate really bad. Can anyone help me as to what could be the problem?

  1. check your transmissionn mounts. sometimes the rubber in them dry rots and the metal plate comes out which might cause the vibration.alsoo check your motor mounts , as the might be bad and transmitting the vibration back to the tranny.cb

  2. Universal joints, springs could be worn out and causing axle wrap, check the shocks too

  3. First try a tune up, if that don't help check your motor mounts or transmission mounts.

  4. have the tires balance and rotated
