Pt A to B is on flat ground.AB is 3m and BC is 5m. Pt B to C is an upslope. Height of C is 3m. Given Frictional force along BC is 5N, what is speed of block when it reaches C and what time taken for process?

  1. 1/2 * m * v^2  = Fd + mgh + 1/2*m*v^2

    F = 5 N

    d = 5 m

    m = 1 kg

    g = 9.81 m/s^2

    h = 3 m

    .5*1*400 = 5*5 + 1*9.81*3 + .5*1*v^2

    v = 17 m/s
