A bookbag on a plane what can you have in it?

Im a very light packer so why have lugguage...

I dont need any of that tourist c**p just a few pairs of clothes and nothing else... just 3 days worth.,

can i do that?

yeah, you can totally do it, we might all have to start doing it if they keep charging more for checking backs. I'm a frequent flyer and i love just taking a carry on, it takes off all of the hastle, you wont b able to bring big bottles of shampoo or what evs, but yeah

I did a 4 week around the world trip with only a backpack.  A Dana Desin Glacier, size L.  Only Ryan Air made me check it, but they do that to make money since they have riduculously low airfare.  All the other airlines (and trains) allowed me to take it as a carry on.

Taking on board, all your liquids (including lotions and toothpaste) must each be 3 oz or less and all of them must fit in AND be kept in the same single 1 quart ziplock back.  If you don't have one, they'll usually give you one there at the luggage screen.

you can bring clothes, yes. but be careful on limits with liquids. this includes shampoo, body wash, toothpaste and spray deodorant. some lines are even iffy with stick deodorant. check the website of your airline to see restrictions on liquid amounts, how to pack these liquids, and total weight restrictions on carry-on luggage.

also be sure you can easily separate your electronics from everything else (i.e. ipod, lap-top, camera, anything you can plug into a wall or put batteries in). this will make security much easier and faster.

Since you only need three days' worth of toiletries, travel-sized things will be fine - be sure to get a quart sized bag, not sandwich sized.
