  1. Tell a teacher! NOW! Or the principle, or even your parents. Get some kind of adult involved right away!

  2. By reading the question i have a fling that this boy in your class young boy. I would suggest that you approach the right authority in the school/college and let them know about the situation. give the concerned person whom you approach some time and if still you see no change, pleas approach the nearby local police station, and lodge ina complaint of child abuse. I'm sure, they will be of some help and trust me by raising a question about helping this Friend of yours you will setting an example in the society about FRIENDSHIP and HUMANITY. GOD does not make people like you anymore. My best wishes are with you.. please keep me posted on the outcome of this. I will be glad to help you whatever way i can. GOD BLESS.

  3. Tell a teacher or counselor at school.  They should want to help and are also required by law to report suspected abuse.  I commend you for your concern.  Be his friend as well, he will need one.

  4. Teachers and principals are required to report suspected abuse to the proper authorities. Someone had better do that to help this young man. Go to your school nurse and tell her what you are seeing. Your nurse has a responsibility too to protect the kids in her care. No one deserves this, even if they aren't nice and cute. You are right to be concerned. He fears more beating if he does anything about it. To protect him they may put him with a foster family for awhile, and that idea is not one that would please him either. I'm sure that in spite of everything, he loves his father. Thanks for your help!

  5. That is very thoughtful of you to be concerned about this.  Your friend does deserve respect so don't push it.  Being there for him is a good thing, but let him tell you about it.  Bring this up to the teachers, school counselor, or perhaps the school principal.   Let the adult authorities get involved.  Also call the Child Protective Services, they will investigate this.
