  1. Well done good for her, good news deserves a star.

  2. Well, its good that it rained for her.

There has to be an upside to all this rain we have. It's bearable now knowing we can beat other competitors when it rains.

    Well done Wales.

  3. Let us hope we have more rain there. We Brits are used to it so it will give us an advantage which those from hot sunny countries do not have. More power to the girl or woman's or ladies or females elbow and the rest of the team.

Actually the word girl implies young  which she is in the same way as middle and even elderly men refer to themselves as the lads or the boys. it does not signify immaturity just a youthfulness of outlook. This is something we all need. Coonnie G please take note

  4. That was no girl, that was a woman, and what an awesome woman she was!

    Good for her.

  5. Well done Nicole!

  6. The Hawaiians should have won then. Mt. Waialeale, located in the centre of Kauai, is lashed with 460-512 inches of rain a year—that’s more than 40 feet folks!

  7. It just shows you that rain.. is magical!

  8. Yes Congratulations to her, and well done !! She was great, and it is nice to do a bit of crowing, as at the moment we have little to crow about. Hope we have some more to come, as I admire these people, and the time they give for all the training. Best of luck to them all.. !!

  9. Yes - excellent wasn't it.

  10. Good for her. She had the biggest smile in the world. What did you you today i wonder. How about that,

  11. she is used to it lol good luck to her lol.!!

  12. So you're saying she had an unfair advantage?

  13. South Wales isn't the rainiest place on earth - North Wales is!

    Trust me, I've lived there.

I say well done to her! But I've still yet to see a British guy win a medal in these Olympics so far... :-P

  14. Now we can talk about this for the next 4 years or so because it is unlikely we can win anything else.
