A bruise on my arm appeared out of nowhere?DOC ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!!?

a couple of days ago a bruise appeared out of nowhere i did not get hurt, nothing bit me it hurts to the touch again it just appeared a couple of days ago it is wearing down but what is it

Have you ever been hit in that area with in the last couple of monthes? The reason I ask is I play sports and after every season I have bruises appear without me doing anything to warrent them. They come from deep tissue bruises that I get during the season. I feel them but I don't see them. Soon the pain goes away however after about a month of inactivity and no more constant re-injury. Most of my old deep tissue bruises surface. I see them and they hurt but eventually they too dissapear.

its just a bruise. Calm down. All bruises hur to the touch. I get bruises all the time and idk where i got them.

   you didn't say the size .If it looks like a poke-don't worry-it will go away .Probably no reason.I get them-no big deal.If they are big and occur often then get it checked.Otherwise I'm sure you could spend your time on something more deserving of it. Lighten up :)
