A bug placed in Zune Players?

Question

ok some1 told me that microsoft put bugs in their mp3 players so that u have to buy another in less than a year. I think this is true because my 80GB Zune broke for no absolute reason one day. It was working fine for 3 months and then 1 day it decided to not work and ever since then it hasn't worked
