  1. First think of something you like to do.

Second, decide if it is something you'd like your community to partake of; or pay for.

Thirdly discuss with family and friends, if they would buy your service or product.

Once you have done this, and think you have a good idea, search your community for others who have had the same idea as you, discuss with them what their strengths and weakness' are.

All of this should be done, months before you even consider making a business plan.

Once you've started, a Business Plan is highly complex and involved.

No one can really give you an idea for a business; it should be something you are familiar with or have done successfully in the past.

Contact your local ministry of commerce, and inquire as to what is needed to start your own business.

  2. Please rephrase your question difficult to understand.

  3. If you are asking what should be included in a business plan, you need:

Company Statement and Description (what you do, what makes you stand out from competition)

    Budget - advertising/marketing, supplies, property(rent or own)

Financial Statements - projected earnings/expenditures for at least first 3 months in business

This is the minimum. The Small Business Administration can provide free assistance.

  4. I suggest that you buy a software such as Business Plan Pro at any computer retailer.  It will greatly help you in composing a business plan from start to finish.

  5. After reading your dialogue, you should hire someone.
