A buyer wants to send me a Moneygram instead of using my PayPal account....?

....Is it safe to accept or should I walk away ?

The Buyer is in the US and the Seller in Western Europe (EU)

if they are asking to ship the goods before you have the payment forget it. you will have no practical recourse to get your goods back.
