  1. If the noise is coming from the electric panel. You wanna open it up and don't touch anything. First thing you do is take an amp meter and measure your amps, so by the time you are done doing what I'm going to tell you to do you are sure you got something accomplished. Do a visual inspection on the electric panel, look for that noise and find out where is coming from. If is a lose breaker, then turn the ac off and then the breaker off. Pull the breaker out and make sure that the hooks on the breaker, located on the side where the breaker sits is not too open, you need to close the gap a little until you make sure that when you put the breaker into the panel is not lose and it sits tight.

If is coming from where the wire is connected to the breaker then you wanna tighten it up with an isolated s***w driver so that way is more safe when tighten it up. If that didn't do it, then replace the breaker.  Then take your amp meter out again and measure the amperage again. Then the amperage should go down too.

Do this then give me report on this when you are done. I'll be online for another three hours.

  2. sounds like a short, ground, or a bad motor.

  3. the sizzle is caused by a loose connection or electricty going thru some kind of fluid!!!

  4. Where do you hear the sizzle?  Can't suggest much without that information.

  5. Blown fuses and sizzle sounds can't be good.....something is in the process of burning up.  Probably the blower motor, or perhaps a failing relay.  In any case, it's time for a service call.

    Good luck.
