  1. id tell someone u trust. maybe one of her family members like her parents or something. or a school counselor if ur in school. try to get her to eat. not eating actually makes u gain more fat and lose more muscle

  2. Tell her parents, or yours.

    Or a school counsellor.

If you're brave enough, talk to her about it, unless she;s really sensitive and gets hurt by that sort of stuff (:

  3. Your friend sounds to have he early signs of an eating disorder, and a very strong and determined will to loose weight. The difference between will and intention is important, because intention is usually backed with knowledge on how to do it. Whilst 'Will' can be plain harmful as it is largely mind over matter, and applied at the bodies expense.

Quote:"Anorexia Nervosa is characterised by a preoccupation with thinness, even though the person is underweight [or not]. Bulimia Nervosa is characterised by cycles of binge eating followed by behaviour to prevent weight gain. Individuals may have a mixture of symptoms and some people develop bulimia nervosa after anorexia nervosa. Both illnesses can be overcome, and the sooner the person seeks advice about the condition the better." NSW Health

Best action to take would be to express your concern to a responsible adult, outlining the evidence you have observed. Proper weight management planning should replace your friends dogged determination.
