A child abuser who now helps children. What do you do?

You knew a man who beat children that are 3yrs of age. You saw him 15yrs later helping better there lives. Do you forgive him, or do you turn him in?

  1. Forgive him.  It is not possible to erase the past - there are no time machines.  We all mess up and all we can do is learn from our mistakes and try to make emends.


  2. Is he helping the same children he abused?  And was he ever prosecuted with the charges?  I say if he's paid his debt in prison, you shouldn't turn him in.  And I'm not one to take child abuse lightly, but alot can change a person in 15 years.  He's probably sincerely sorry and trying to make up for whoever he has hurt.  I would forgive him.

  3. Turn them in, they still haven't been punished for their original crimes.
